The fragrance features Bulgarian Rose, Rose de Mai, White Rose, Green Tea, Taif Rose, Kombucha, Apricot, Seaweed, Fennel, Olive, Rose, Rice, Rose Hip, Soybean, Soy Sauce, Pea, Carob tree, cannabis and Passion Flower. Rosa Umami by Zanini is a limited edition fragrance built around a multifaceted rose accord combined with unexpected savory and botanical notes. The composition layers multiple varieties of rose, including Taif rose, dog rose, white rose, rose de mai, Bulgarian rose, and rose leaves, creating a dense and complex floral core. Around this floral heart, the perfume introduces an unconventional "umami" dimension with soy miso, seaweed, wild fennel, olive and peas, supported by kombucha, green tea, rice, carob, hemp, apricot and passionflower. The result is a conceptual, experimental rose that contrasts classic floral elements with green, vegetal and subtly gourmand nuances. It is presented as a very small limited edition of 38 pieces.
