Damasco by Maese Pau is a fragrance for women and men. Damasco was launched in 2024. The nose behind this fragrance is Pablo Emanuel Locascio Poletto. The fragrance features Orange Blossom, Damask Rose, Madagascar Vanilla, Sicilian Bergamot, Tonka Bean, Jasmine, Vetiver, Myrrh and Musk. This perfume contains in its notes all the stories told in that masterpiece of oriental literature that came to us under the name "The Thousand and One Nights." When he was little and wanted adventure trips, there was no better way than this to explore the ancient eastern markets, getting to know their people, customs and aromas. In ancient Baghdad, anything was possible. Spices, fruits and merchandise from all over the world came to its markets. He had always wanted to enclose in a bottle all those aromas that he had discovered while scrolling through its pages, to smell them whenever he wanted, without them being lost due to the inexorable passage of time or because of the always finite and ephemeral memory. In the year 2000 a copy of this exquisite book fell into my hands again and after tasting it with great devotion I decided to save all those aromas in a bottle, Damascus was born in 2001, like a small time capsule that would always be there to remind me of those imaginary trips through the streets of old Baghdad.
