Precious Oud by Van Cleef & Arpels is a Oriental Floral fragrance for women. Precious Oud was launched in 2011. The nose behind this fragrance is Amandine Clerc-Marie. Top notes are Pink Pepper and Bergamot; middle notes are Tuberose, Incense and Jasmine; base notes are Agarwood (Oud), Sandalwood, Patchouli, Ambergris and Vetiver. Van Cleef & Arpels Collection Extraordinaire Precious Oud – is a new fragrance in the collection that encompasses six editions so far: It is one of the most precious fragrances that join this collection and it was created by perfumer Amandine Marie, whose teacher/tutor was perfumer Michel Almairac. Her wish was to accentuate oud as ingredient and to combine it with floral elements. Top notes of this perfume is enriched with sparks of bergamot combined with insolent pink pepper. A heart abounds with jasmine and tuberose petals wrapped in intense incense on a base created of precious woody chords of patchouli, oud, vetiver and sandalwood along with warm amber trail. Fragrance Van Cleef and Arpels Collection Extraordinaire Precious Oud arrives in a classic flacon, shaped like previous fragrances of the Extraordinaire collection, created of glass with a dark, cylindrical stopper. The fragrance hits the shelves in September 2011, as 75ml EDP for about 130 EUR.
