Between lakes Burdur and Egyrdir, in the Isparta region of Turkey, the terraced fields are home to an abundance of roses. Harvested from May to June, the flowers are hand-picked in the morning and processed via solvent extraction. Thus we obtain the one and only Rosa Damascena Absolute, which exudes elegance and warmth with a touch of honey.
