Nowhere Fast by SP Parfums Sven Pritzkoleit is a Woody Spicy fragrance for women and men. Nowhere Fast was launched in 2018. The nose behind this fragrance is Sven Pritzkoleit. The fragrance features Nard Himalayan (Jatamansi), Styrax, Civet, Cypriol Oil or Nagarmotha, Cassis, Patchouli, Castoreum, Whiskey, Aldehydes, Saffron, Ambroxan, Tonka Bean, Oakmoss, Raspberry, Turkish Rose, Jasmine Sambac, Tuberose, Hedione, Ylang-Ylang, Labdanum, Benzoin, Musk and Cashmeran. Nowhere Fast is inspired by the song that goes by the same name and was very succesful in the 1980's, from the movie Streets of Fire. "The perfume created by Sven under my creative direction evokes the smell of burned matchsticks alluding to my past, but also the scent of an energy that lasts only a few seconds. It is a work of flames, smoke, coal, hot bodies in movement and leather jackets. More than just a fragrance, this piece was created according to a methodology and concept of a work not necessarily destined to adorn a body, although that dimension is also possible. The body is invoked even if the liquid is not applied on the skin. The fragrance, disturbing and intense in its sulphurous and carnal dimension, illustrates the clip’s images and the sensations the music provokes in me, as well as the reference to the time passing by. It is an olfactory and subjective version of rock’s euphoria and the medium itself, an allusion to the fugacious character of sensation, of life. A scent remains during a limited period of time and fades away without leaving a trail. The perfume is in itself an ephemeral work, just like fire.
