Its concept draws on the figure of Xī Hé from the ancient Chinese text Classic of Mountains and Seas, where she is described as the architect of time who drives the sun and establishes the rhythm of day and night. The composition opens with orange blossom, cypress, bergamot, and lemon, develops through a floral heart of mimosa, acacia, jasmine, iris, violet leaf, cistus, geranium, clove, rose, and ylang-ylang, and settles into a base of cedarwood, tonka bean, cocoa bean, vetiver, oak, styrax, and sandalwood.
