Prem Rouge (Layer 1/2) was created by Clementine Humeau and Patty Canac. The fragrance features Sandalwood, Guatemalan Cardamom, Water Mint and Damask Rose. Prem Rouge (Layer 1/2) by Dilli House is the warmer, grounding half of a layerable, two-part concept. Built around a rich Damask rose accord, it brings together wild water mint and Guatemalan cardamom to explore a delicate balance of floral, green, and gently spicy notes. New Caledonian sandalwood provides a deep, woody base to ground the fragrance. It is designed to be experienced entirely on its own, or layered with its companion to shift the balance. Most fragrances are 70 to 90 per cent alcohol. Prem Rouge contains none. Made using a water-based emulsion, the formula suspends pure plant oils in water, creating a scent that is gentler on skin, kinder to the air around you, and truer to the flower it came from. The result is a fragrance that feels soft on the surface but carries real depth. It develops slowly, in tune with your own chemistry, and can linger for days on clothing
