Top notes are Pink Grapefruit, Sichuan Pepper, Green Mandarin and Italian Lemon; middle notes are Lily of the Valley, Violet Leaf, Ylang Ylang, Iris, Jasmine and Marine notes; base notes are Sandalwood, Patchouli, Ambergris, Suede and Musk. Deep Dive 1 by Anood Scent is inspired by the historic pearl-diving traditions off the coast of Bahrain, evoking the quiet atmosphere of a descent beneath the sea’s surface. The composition opens with a bright, zesty blend of Italian lemon, green mandarin and pink grapefruit, lightly sharpened by Sichuan pepper to create a fresh and airy introduction. In the heart, marine accord and violet leaf contribute a saline, slightly mineral impression that suggests seawater and cool depths, while jasmine grandiflorum, iris, lily of the valley and ylang-ylang add soft floral nuances. A base of creamy sandalwood and supple leather lends warmth and texture, suggesting worn tools and sun-warmed driftwood, and provides a smooth, gently woody-leathery drydown.
